Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the use of CVShortlist, provided by NEXTCALL ROMANIA S.R.L.. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. The service
CVShortlist is a software tool that analyses CVs against a job description and produces a match score, classifications, flags and explanations, as decision support in recruitment.
3. Account and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally represent a business. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity in your account.
4. Plans and payment
The service may include a free plan (with a CV limit) and paid plans. Prices and terms of paid plans are communicated before purchase. Price changes do not affect a period already paid for.
5. Acceptable use
- You upload only data you are legally entitled to process (see the DPA).
- You do not use the service for unlawful, discriminatory or abusive purposes.
- You do not attempt to bypass security, overload the system, or scrape data.

7. Intellectual property
The service, software and associated content remain the Provider's property. Data and content you upload remain yours; you grant us only a limited right to process them to provide the service.
8. Privacy and data protection
Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and, for candidate data, in the Data Processing Agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data arising from use of the service. Total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Term and termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, data is deleted per our retention policies.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
